Building cleaning & Superintendent Services
PX Cleaning offers superintendent services that will include the following:
- A schedule to clean the building at least three times a week, more if requested.
- Vendor access services
- Routine maintenance services such as;
- Draining the boiler once a week
- Routine checking of subpumps
- Routine checking of roof/backyard drains
- Emergency services
The cost for these services will be determined on a per-need basis, and a visit to the space will be required for PX Cleaning to provide a detailed scope of services for the owner’s review.
Apartment, Office & Special Cleanings
PX Cleaning offers cleaning services for occupied apartments, offices, and individual homes. Scheduling is available on a per-need basis or on a recurring schedule if requested by the client.
PX Cleaning also offers specialized cleaning of vacant units (both commercial & residential), as well as specialized cleaning of common areas and basements.
The scope of work for cleaning will be determined between the client and PX Cleaning. A visit to the space will be required to submit the final proposal.
Handyman Services
PX Cleaning has a dedicated handyman to provide some of the services listed under the superintendent service section. The handyman will be available to conduct the following minor repair work if requested by the client, such as the following, but not limited to;
- Replacing faucets
- Replacing light fixtures
- Performing minor plumbing repairs
- Painting/plastering vacant units, common areas, basement, etc.
- Installing Window ACs
- Hanging/anchoring items on the wall
- Leak Investigation
The scope of work will be determined between the client and PX Cleaning. A visit to the space will be required to submit the final proposal.
