About Paul and PX Cleaning

Originally from Malta, Paul Xuereb began working as a building superintendent the first day he arrived in New York City. While attending college to obtain his business degree and Master’s in Public Administration, Paul worked for several brownstones on the Upper West Side.

Juggling class and DSNY collection schedules, Paul maintained excellence in each of his buildings by designing and diligently following a detailed schedule for cleaning, garbage-sorting, and snow removal.

Mr. Xuereb expanded on the methods he developed as a superintendent when he was promoted to property manager (12 years at TriStar Equities), offering enhanced support and innovative ideas to maintain clean and efficiently run buildings.

With PX Cleaning, Mr. Xuereb brings two decades of experience and a hunger to deploy new technologies to the old-fashioned business of cleaning. PX Cleaning will implement set schedules with designated tasks and times for each visit to the building to ensure that all cleaning items requested by clients are completed. Dedicated and specialized staff are available for cleaning, minor repairs, and snow removal. Furthermore, PX Cleaning will roll out an app/portal that allows clients to view their cleaning schedules, as well as descriptions and pictures of the work done.
