Paul V. Xuereb started his career in real estate as a superintendent on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. After 10 years of front-line service with leaky faucets and downed boilers, his role transitioned to property manager with Tri-Star Equities, where his experience as a superintendent helped build comprehensive services to assist families and investors in managing, leveraging, and growing their real estate holdings in New York City and across the country. His extensive network of industry connections provides clients with a robust level of support in maintaining their properties and generating a profit.

A licensed broker, Paul can help clients find the ideal property to purchase or rent in the competitive New York real estate market. And after more than a decade as a property manager, he knows how to prepare properties to fetch the best price when they go to market.

Paul holds a master’s degree in public administration from Baruch College, knowledge that has helped his clients navigate the city’s often byzantine bureaucracy.
